A rural house separated from the others, where you can breathe peace and its rural style makes us feel at home. Designed for two people, with a large double bed. Although if desired it can be expanded with 3 rooms, reaching 10 people. It has a spacious living/dining room/kitchen, overlooking a private garden. And its strong point is that it is new construction and overlooks a beautiful lake. Hence the origin of its name.
This home is located within the ‘Yeguada Senillosa’ estate, which is located in the ‘Els Aiguamolls de l’Empordà’ Park, between Castelló d’Empuries and Sant Pere Pescador and 10 minutes from the beach. It is a 100-hectare farm where the PRE (Pure Spanish Breed) horse farm is raised, the oldest in Catalonia, made up of about 80 horses, mares and foals.
Surrounded by rice fields, it is a place of incredible beauty where you can enjoy its nature, its children’s area next to the lake and a beautiful walk with our boats admiring the native fauna such as storks, ducks, geese…
Conditions
To formalize the reservation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% of the reservation amount, plus the tourist tax, will be charged to the credit card (provided at the time of booking), in the period between 96 hours before and 0 hours on the scheduled day of your arrival. Your stay must be fully paid before check-in. At the time of check-in, a credit card will be required for a PRE-AUTHORIZATION as a deposit in the amount of 350 € per house, which will be refunded after verifying the general condition of the house, within a maximum of 72 hours after your check-out. The tourist tax is not included; it is 1 € per person, for those over 17 years old/night, limited to a maximum of 7 overnight stays.

Departure/check-out time: before 11:00 AM
